Bianca Walker

Advanced

Bianca, the owner of Massa Stables, brings over 20 years of experience in the equine industry. With a strong background in retraining problem horses, colt starting, performance horses, and teaching riders of all levels, she has worked with a wide variety of horses and people throughout her career. Bianca is known for her clear communication, structured teaching style, and ability to help both horses and riders build confidence through correct fundamentals.

Her passion lies in developing safe, capable, and well‑rounded equestrians while preserving the values of Western heritage. Through lessons, clinics, and hands‑on education, Bianca empowers students to understand not just how to ride, but how to truly connect with and care for the horse. Her extensive experience, combined with her dedication to horsemanship and rural lifestyle traditions, shapes the heart of the Massa Stables program.

Lucy Gucciardo

Beginner/Intermediate 

Lucy has been a dedicated part of the Massa Stables program since 2021 and has worked closely alongside owner Bianca Walker throughout her development as an instructor and horsewoman. With years of hands‑on experience in our structured, goal‑driven curriculum, Lucy brings a clear, encouraging, and highly organized teaching style to every lesson.

She is a fantastic goal‑oriented instructor who excels at helping riders progress with confidence, correct technique, and a solid understanding of horsemanship fundamentals. In addition to teaching, Lucy also accepts training horses for outside clients, where she applies the same patient, consistent, and results‑focused approach that defines our program.

Her commitment to rider growth, horse welfare, and the values of Western horsemanship make her an invaluable part of the Massa Stables team.

Kira Harp

Kira joined the Massa Stables program in September of 2025 and has quickly become a valued part of our instructional team. With a calm, patient teaching style and a strong understanding of our structured lesson program, she has helped many new beginner riders build confidence, develop foundational skills, and achieve their early riding goals.

Kira excels at creating a positive, encouraging learning environment where students feel supported as they learn the basics of horsemanship and riding. Her dedication to clear communication, safety, and proper technique makes her an excellent fit for riders who are just starting their journey. As she continues to grow within our program, Kira remains committed to helping each student progress with purpose and pride.
