Membership Details per student: $240 per month (one 1-hour lesson per week)

Guaranteed Slot: Your lesson day and time is reserved exclusively for you and will not change unless by request from you.

Billing: Memberships are due on the 1st of each month and can be paid via cash or our booking website (2.6% + .30 transaction fee applies). I will send out payment links a few days prior to the 1st of the month or they will be attached to the first appointment of the month.

24-Hour Reschedule Rule: We require at least 24 hours' notice from the time of lessons for reschedules or cancellations. If notice is provided less than 24 hours in advance, the lesson is forfeited and cannot be rescheduled.

Members will get 10% off the overall total for horse show fees, trail rides & any special events/classes that we host!

How Weather & Cancellations Work (The "Balanced Calendar"): Our tuition is based on an annual average, designed to balance out the Illinois weather without the hassle of tracking makeup credits. The "Bonus" Weeks: There are several months in the year with 5 weeks (approx. 4 times a year). Tuition students do not pay extra for these "5th-week bonus lessons." The Buffer: Because you receive these bonus lessons for free throughout the year, they serve as a buffer for the occasional cancellation due to extreme winter weather or holiday closures. No Makeups Needed: Therefore, we do not offer makeup lessons or refunds for weather cancellations. The free extra weeks balance out the snow days over the course of the year. You are still welcome to book additional lessons in addition to your 1 weekly lesson that is covered by the membership.
